Imported/Exported Goods through Customs

(I)Legal basis

Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and Customs Law of the People's Republic of China

(II)Conditions of application

The enterprises that have applied and obtained the foreign trade operation right

(III)Requirements for application

1.The consignee of the imported goods and the entrusted customs brokers shall declare to the customs within 14 days since the day when the transportation tools are declared for entry.

2.The consigner of the exported goods and the entrusted customs brokers shall declare to the customs upon the arrival of the goods at the customs supervision and control area but 24 hours ahead of the shipment .

3.For those declared in electronic data customs sheet, the application date shall be the one recorded by the customs computer system while received the declared data, while for those declared in paper customs sheet, the application date shall be the one when the customs accepts it and registers for it.

1.Contract

2.Invoice

3.Packing list

4.Manifest (shipping bill)

5.Bill of loading (shipping)

6.The authorized protocol of the agency of customs

7.Import-export license

8.The processing trade manual (paper or electronic data one) required by the customs and other certificates relevant to import/export.

The customs shall keep the original one of the import-export license and a duplicate or a copy of other certificates.

(IV)Handling procedures

1.Obtain the import-export operation right;

2.Register at the customs and apply to customs
