I.Wage standard
The allocation of wage in enterprises shall conform to the principle of ¡°equal pay for equal work¡±. The wage of employees shall gradually increase based on the economic development of enterprises. The foreign-funded enterprise shall, according to the principle of ¡°distribution according to work¡± and ¡°equal pay for equal work¡±, independently establish the internal wage distribution system based on the actual conditions of the enterprise. The average wage of the employees in foreign-funded enterprise shall gradually increase based on the economic development of enterprises.
The minimum legal practical wage of employees shall not be less than the minimum local wage standard. Enterprises shall pay full amount of wages to employees in the monetary form in time and for at least once a month, and deduct and pay the individual income tax for employees. Enterprises shall fulfill the statistics of labor wage according to relevant regulation, and submit the statistical report form about labor wage to the local labor and administration departments, financial departments, statistics department and authority departments.
II.Social insurance
Enterprises must participate in the social insurances including endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, occupational injury insurance and maternity insurance according to national relevant regulations, and pay full amount of social insurance premium in time to the social insurance institutions according to the regulations of local people' government. The premium shall be listed as expenditure according to national regulations. Employee individuals shall also pay the premium of endowment insurance in accordance with relevant provisions.
III.Recruitment system
The recruited employees of enterprises must reach the age of 16; any employees engaged in the poisonous and deleterious works or burdensome manual labor must reach the age of 18. Foreigners working in China must hold Work Permit and Employment License.
